Due to the fragile and handmade nature of our alabaster products, we do not accept general returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, your satisfaction is our priority. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue, and we will gladly replace it free of charge. Once your replacement or refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days.
